Required Equipment
Eye Protection
- ANSI-rated eye protection is required.
- Wire mesh goggles are allowed only after being approved by a member of the event staff.
Clothing
At minimum, the follwing is required in order to participate at any official SWAMP Brigade event:
- Full camouflage set in Woodland, Marpat, Multicam, Vegetata, Desert, or other camo patterns of the sort. Contractor uniforms (khaki pants, black shirt, etc.) are allowed. Police and SWAT uniforms, logo shirts, and logo head-wear are not allowed. All uniforms must include long pants.
- Black or tan boots and snake boots are allowed. If boots cannot be purchased before an event, black, brown, or tan shoes are acceptable. Tennis shoes are not allowed.
Suggested Accessories
- Headgear such as a Boonie hat, Ranger/Marine hat, Helmet, Face Mask, Ski Mask, Beanie
- Combat/Paratrooper/Tactical/Jungle Boots
- Two-Way Radio with Headset
- Tactical Vest
- Extra Batteries and Ammo
- Camelbak
